amazing room clean room easy transport cleaning delay staff shortage missing item
The room i had was amazing and very clean. That's a big deal for me! i stayed in a standard twin room. It worked out great! i also discovered that tram line 2 stops right in front of the hotel. It made getting to the city center super easy. Even the ticket machine was right there.
This was to be due to staff shortages during the holiday season. also, the room wasn't cleaned to the standard i expected, though i understand it may have been an isolated incident. i asked for an extra toilet roll. I only got half a roll initially, but i never received it.

i found the automated check-in and check-out process simple. the garage offered easy access and plenty of space. my room was nice overall. it is a bit away from the city center, yet a tram line provides direct access to the heart of the city!
i noticed the pillows felt quite firm, and i experienced some slight neck soreness each morning.

The hotel is conveniently situated with a tram stop directly in front of it. This setup allows for fast travel to the city center! stores are nearby and easily accessible. This makes it easy to purchase necessities.

coffee machine clean bathroom
The bathroom was quite lovely and everything was super clean. Our room was always made up when we returned and coffee machine was a special touch. I appreciated the air conditioning because I tend to overheat.
The reception staff was not particularly polite, and they did not engage in conversation.

tram stop coffee machine
the location is very convenient. there is a tram stop right outside that goes straight to the city center. the room included a coffee machine and ironing appliance. the bathroom was spacious, which i appreciate.
the window blinds were broken. also, the coffee machine had no cover on the water compartment. some surfaces hadn't been cleaned, i saw sticky stains on the bedside cabinet.

the staff offered systematic luggage storage after checkout. they seem courteous. check-in and check-out are quick using machines. also, staff were there to help with requests.

tram stop great bathroom bobbly bed sheets dusty pajamas
the tram stop IS directly outside. it was easy to get into the city center. the room had a good size and the bathroom was great too.
the bed sheets felt bobbly to ME. also the bedside table wasnt clean. my pajamas became Dusty.
