i found the automated check-in and check-out process simple. the garage offered easy access and plenty of space. my room was nice overall. it is a bit away from the city center, yet a tram line provides direct access to the heart of the city!
i noticed the pillows felt quite firm, and i experienced some slight neck soreness each morning.

The bathroom was quite lovely and everything was super clean. Our room was always made up when we returned and coffee machine was a special touch. I appreciated the air conditioning because I tend to overheat.
The reception staff was not particularly polite, and they did not engage in conversation.

the location is very convenient. there is a tram stop right outside that goes straight to the city center. the room included a coffee machine and ironing appliance. the bathroom was spacious, which i appreciate.
the window blinds were broken. also, the coffee machine had no cover on the water compartment. some surfaces hadn't been cleaned, i saw sticky stains on the bedside cabinet.

the staff offered systematic luggage storage after checkout. they seem courteous. check-in and check-out are quick using machines. also, staff were there to help with requests.

there is a shopping center within 100 m. this includes a lidl store, very handy. there are cafes and bistros at a short walking distance. also, safe parking is available in the garages for 20 euro per night.

the tram stop IS directly outside. it was easy to get into the city center. the room had a good size and the bathroom was great too.
the bed sheets felt bobbly to ME. also the bedside table wasnt clean. my pajamas became Dusty.
